Are there any logistics required for the mascot rental?

We would require a dressing room or just a space where our mascots can suit up. Toilets are only suitable if the floors are clean and dry. Indoor and air-conditioned spaces are recommended too as outdoor events are physically taxing on the entertainer inside the costume. Due to the nature of the activity too, the entertainer will require a 15 minute break after every 45 minute appearance.

I would like to extend the duration of the mascots for photo taking; can I do a last minute extension?

We would recommend booking the mascots for a longer duration if a large turnout is expected. Extensions are best pre-booked to ensure availability. Last minute extension are granted on a case by case basis and subjected to the availability of the mascot as well as extra fees.
