We have a selection of four flavours for you to choose from to tempt your taste buds. Candy floss is the perfect snack to have for baby showers, carnivals and weddings! For venues without electricity, you can opt for our pre-packed candyfloss that comes in lovely heat sealed 12oz cups.

Is the cotton candy Halal certified?

Yes, Our party snacks are catered for all and we got our ingredients from Halal certified suppliers.

What’s the size of your candyfloss machine?

The wheel is 53cm in diameter and 19cm in height

While the candyfloss unit is 33cm x 33cm x 33cm

When combined, the whole machine is 52cm tall and 53cm wide.

Does the candyfloss machine require any power?

Yes, the candyfloss machine requires electricity. We would require the machine to be placed ideally close to the power socket and we’ll recommend that the power socket be a dedicated point where no other equipment are plugged so as to prevent power trips.

What setup do you require?

We would require a table of at least 1 metre in length for the candyfloss machine.

How is the cotton candy served?

The cotton candy would be served on a wooden stick.

What is the lead time for preparation of pre-packed cotton candy?

For orders of 200 cups or less it will take 2 - 3 days to prepare.

For orders of 500 cups or less, we would require a lead time to 3 - 5 days depending on sales period. For orders above 500 cups, kindly send in your enquiries for orders via alethea@party-parlour.com and we would further advise you on the lead time.

What is the packaging of the pre-packed cotton candy?

The cotton candy is packed and sealed in a 12oz transparent cup. We also have them in other sizes, or in transparent bags and plastic tubs, please enquire via alethea@party-parlour.com

Can I customize the packaging?

We are able to print your company/ event Logo on a 6cm diameter circle sticker or a 4cm by 8cm rectangle sticker. The coloured sticker cost 60 cents per piece for minimum of 50pcs and 50 cents per piece for minimum of 200pcs. 1 week lead time is required for the production of stickers.
