Here at Party Parlour, we believe the best kind of welcome is one made entirely out of wonderful balloons. Nothing screams “Welcome” better than having a Balloon Arch at the entrance, or better yet an arch featuring your name or brand! It’s a great scene setter and helps to put one in the mood for a party too! Be it a simple 2 tone Spiral Arch or an elaborate Rainbow Arch with balloon monkeys and balloon trees, we do it all. Just let us know what you want and we’ll make it happen. We recommend this for Baby Showers, Weddings, Corporate Events, Birthday Parties and D&Ds and venues with beautiful high ceilings.

I want a balloon arch at my event, what do I need to know?
You’ll need to find out the height of the ceiling where the arch is to be placed. It will be a good idea to measure the width of the door if placement is near the door or at the door. When deciding on the size of your balloon arch, measure the height and width of the area where it will be displayed. Rooms with high ceilings allow for a more remarkable arches and balloon design.
How much time is required to make a balloon arch?
We want your guests to be greeted only by the immaculate balloon decor setup and not our equipment, hence we tend to arrive about 2 hours or a minimum of 1.5 hour before your event’s starting time for setup. The actual time needed to build a pair of balloon columns is about 45min or less, but we provide some buffer time for quality control and touch ups and for our team to clear out the equipment and tidy things up before your guests start arriving.
Can you customize the size of the arch?
Yes, we have done arches of various sizes - even those that are 5m wider and more.
Can you come to my site for a survey?
Yes, we do site surveys for a fee of $30 which will then be used to offset your decoration purchase. Alternatively, you can send us the photos and measurements of your venue.
Are your balloons decorations done on the spot?
Yes, the balloons are inflated on the spot to ensure they last longer and look shinier - hence we’ll require an electrical socket to plug and power an electric balloon pump. The customized balloon sculptures and accessories are often prepared beforehand so as to speed things up on the day.
What setup do you require?
We require a power socket for our electrical balloon pump.
Do you rent out your electric balloon pumps?
Yes we do, we can rent it at a daily rate of $50. Kindly pick it up a day before after 3pm, and return it back to us before 1pm on the next day. A security deposit of $80 is required - this is refunded to you when you return the pump to us in good condition.
